This has definitely happened, but I am also overwhelmed by all the things that I have learned from my students as well! It is a humbling relationship with a loving exchange of energy. Sometimes I feel as though I receive much more than I actually give.

Have you taken a yoga class with me before? This post is dedicated to all the amazing students that have entrusted me to teach them yoga throughout the past two years. I would not be a teacher if I did not have students, and I am so blessed to know you.
